Inside Sales Representative – Medical Sales

 

PEPID is poised for tremendous growth and is looking to upgrade its sales team with proven sales professionals that are eager to succeed. If you are a salesperson who understands how to prospect for new business, build a sales pipeline, conduct needs-based interviews, and can provide technical demonstrations while achieving sales quotas, then we want to speak with you about joining our team. PEPID is a leading provider of software for hospitals, emergency rooms, clinics, physicians and pharmacists.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive revenues to meet or exceed revenue quotas in your territory.
  • Be a hunter, and call to prospect for new business for 3-4 hours per day.
  • Have supreme organizational skills to ensure proper call follow-up with prospects.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline in your territory, and document targets in our CRM system.
  • Conduct needs-based interviews with prospects.
  • Deliver product demonstrations via GoToMeeting.
  • Convert leads provided by our marketing team.
  • Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations, as well as provide quotations and demonstrate an ability to ask for the sale.
  • Attend trade shows to prospect for new business, provide technical presentations and close sales.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of prior sales experience, preferably selling a software solution
  • Experience building sales pipelines via prospecting and converting leads
  • Documented success selling to “C-Level” executives
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office 2010 products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of mobile phones and tablets
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with using a CRM systems
