PEPID Enhances the New iPhone Application

After a successful release of the iPhone and iPod Touch platforms in the spring, PEPID has improved our product with your suggestions. We’ve released our latest application to bring you advancements with improved content navigation and adjustable type size. The new iPhone platform has a drug interactions generator that resides directly on your device — eliminating the need for a wireless signal.

Another exciting update is a differential diagnosis generator that is available at no extra charge for our Emergency Physician, Primary Care and Clinical Rotation Companion suites, as well as a symptom checker available for the RN Professional and RN Student Suites. These new tools allow healthcare professionals to select symptoms and create a ranked list of possible diagnoses. It will be expanding to all other suites soon, as well as native medical and dosing calculators.

To get the latest improvements, current subscribers and trialers can get their free update through iTunes.

PEPID will automatically roll over any remaining subscription time for existing customers who upgrade to the iPhone platform.
