| "I had a patient come in adrenal crisis in a pediatric ER where the nurses tend to believe the written word more than the residents. The nurse I was working with had never seen adrenal crisis and wasn't familiar with the treatment. She refused to give hydrocortisone to my patient with a blood pressure of 90/45 until I could prove to them that it was the right thing to do. Needless to say I whipped out PEPID. I'm so "happy " they were willing to trust an unknown source on my palm pilot over me....but at least they gave the kid the meds!" |

| "Your program is great! It installed smoothly without any problems. I had so many problems with ePocrates that I returned it immediately. It works well on my Tungsten C. The CRC Suite is perfect for students in clinical rotations." |

| "Your product is AWESOME!!!!! I was thoroughly impressed with the breadth & depth of information contained in the Pepid suite. It is easy and intuitive to use with simple menus & hierarchial outlined subjects. I have been searching exhaustively all of the medical software available today on the market in preparation for my clinical rotations. It seems to me that there are 4 main items that medical students doing rotations will need: 1) a drug database such as a PDR including one which incorportates herbals & alternative drugs, 2) a drug interaction guide, 3) some type of differential diagnosis guide which provides synopses on common medical conditions, and 4) medical calculators. Pepid's CRC incorporates all 4 in a single integrated suite in which it is easy to transition between subjects! If I were to purchase all 4 of these types of products separately I would have to spend over $400 and they wouldn't integrate with each other very well. Plus, your product has MANY help hints, memory joggers, and tips to make for successful rotations! Kudos guys/gals on a job well done & on product which is sure to help many thousands of medical students and improve patient care! P.S. The installation procedure was so seemless and quick that I didn't think it had installed correctly so I installed it again! To my surprise, it had installed correctly the first time & I haven't had any problems with it!" |

| "One of my classmates found PEPID and was really excited about it. He told everyone that has a PDA in our class that this was THE program. I know of two more classmates that currently have a trial subscription. I spent several weeks researching medical programs for my PDA and PEPID is in my opinion the most comprehensive and useful of the PDA programs available. I also read multiple reviews of PEPID that gave it high marks for ease of use and comprehensive content. I will definitely recommend the PEPID for the incoming class of 2006."

| "As a medical student I have already found PEPID to be useful in the few days I've had it. It's an easy way to find just about all the info I need for topics that come up during third year. This has helped me with SOAP notes for pre-rounds, case write ups/presentations and it's great to have something useful and portable - I can read worthwhile info whenever I'm stuck waiting or have a few minutes of downtime. I like that there is a specific version for med students and that you have thought about more than just facts (orientation to the hospital, balance, etc). I also value that you give key article references and other resources - this allows me to quickly round out my information and provide useful resources to others about the patient problems that arise. I am very pleased with your product." |

| "I think PEPID is an awesome product. I use it when preparing for my clinical rotations. Just last week I had to cite it for my med look-up because 2 of the drugs I was searching for were not listed in my drug reference book - but were in your latest update! I guess, from a student’s point of view, this has everything I need right in front of me to find info on my assigned patients. I am thrilled I found your site!" |

| "I have been using PEPID, and have found it to be quite useful for me. It is novel in that it provides both drug and disease information, which is helpful. The multiple comprehensive references were a great benefit, for example the comprehensive approach to ECG interpretation was quite helpful during a previous cardiology rotation." |

| "I am quite pleased with PEPID. I use it on a daily basis during rounds and clinic work. I believe I save at least 1/2-1 hour daily using the resource. The best features are the user friendly format and it's thorough topic information. I was on rounds one morning and we had a patient with pancreatitis. I was able to quickly brief myself before being called upon by the resident. PEPID saved the day! Thank you for your follow-up. Your product is a winner!" |

| "I was referred to PEPID by a colleague. I do some rural ER here in Nevada and it is nice to have a solid reference to use when I am out there on my own. As a board certified Family Physician, I do feel more comfortable with PEPID in my back pocket. It also has helped me in Reno where I have a private practice and do hospital medicine." |

| "I am a Physician Assistant in a surgical practice. One unfortunate day while on call with one of my supervising surgeons, a patient developed severe airway compromise 3 days after a neck procedure and needed an emergent open cricothyroidectomy. This was successful and the patient survived without sequela. We had anticipated needing to perform this action if the patient was not able to be intubated. As your heart starts to beat harder & harder, your vision gets narrow while the fear factor gets you numb. It was nice to do a quick bedside review of Airway Management and review technique. I do know my emergent skills. I took ATLS a month ago, and am an experienced ER Nurse. But as I suspect you understand, it all goes to hell for a moment or two as you wise up. (My Doc appreciated the active input). I know I'll need it if I get deployed." |

| "PEPID is awesome...I use it constantly in my ED practice...it is quick and practical ... it is up to date and user friendly. Thanks ...I had no problems downloading it or updating it when my subscription expired." |

| "I have to say in my 26+ years of doing Emergency Medicine, PEPID has been the best thing since sliced bread (so to speak). I don't think I work a shift without going into PEPID several times particularly to the treatment area. The ease of going to an alphabetized index and not having to thumb through pages and volumes of a textbook
greatly diminishes my time to search for information."

| "I just read your comments about the PEPID Drug Database being selected as number one for practitioners. You stated "Now there is no question about who is number one in practical PDA drug information delivery." There has been no question in my mind for YEARS about the value of PEPID, not only for the Drug Database, but as one of the most valuable tools I utilize in my practice. I have used the Emergency Physician Suite for several years, and it has almost completely replaced all textbooks. I bought a copy of the online version, in case I forget my PDA, as it so essential in my practice. I recently purchased the lab manual, and I have been very pleased with it as well. I say keep up the excellent work, because now you've spoiled us with such great products!"

I have been a paramedic for the last 20 years and could have used this so many times in the past, but there was no such thing as PDAs when I started in this field, but I have been looking for a program that is helpful in many different aspects of the medical profession." |

| "I am AMAZED at the comprehensive amount of information available. As I said in my comments, PEPID has much more information than ePocrates® Pro and 5 Minute Clinical Consult. I was a long time satisfied user of both of these programs. What sold me on PEPID was the side by side comparison tables of PEPID, ePocrates® Pro and 5 MinCC. I had no idea that PEPID was so comprehensive. It even has the Revised Trauma Score (my dissertation topic was in the area of trauma). I am faculty at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing. I will definitely recommend PEPID to the NP students." |

| "It was easy to download the PEPID program. I think it is a wonderful program. It is all-inclusive.
I have shown your web site to several other physicians, PA's and nurses that I work with and have suggested that they buy your program. Many of the personnel in our ER now have PDA's and others are getting them as they see us use them. I work in two other ER's and have talked to those people as well. I don't go to any of my jobs without my PDA because it really comes in handy, especially when the books we have do not have all the new medications in them and at times it is too time consuming to call the pharmacy for information on a drug.
Once again, thanks for having such a wonderful program out there to help us do our jobs easier and faster."

On my last trip, which was to Mexico, two other physcians used it as well and now are buying a Palm device so they can purchase this product. I also like the fact the it is evolutionary and continues to improve in ease of use as well as scope of practice. Again, thank you for making a product that allows me to use valuable weight requirements for more instruments and medicines and less books. Your program is truly a gift from God. Thanks and keep up the good work." |

| "I've been an emergency physician for 27 years and have a passion for programming. I write medical programs (for free) in Visual Basic, and many of them are used on our computers in the department. However, I had increasing interest in getting a PDA, specifically so that I could use ePocrates®. I purchased a Palm Tungsten E several days ago, and Pepid completely blew me away! Forget ePocrates®. I will be registering the Pepid Emergency Suite shortly. The download was the first hint. Whereas the ePocrates® download of their trial version was nothing but a headache (I could never get their AutoUpdate to work properly), the Pepid download and installation went smoothly. I realized in under 10 minutes that this was a jewel of a program. The interface is intuitive and well-organized. The user is only a tap or two away from critical information, and the data is beautifully cross-referenced. Thanks to Pepid, my briefcase is suddenly 15 pounds lighter, as I shuck all those cheat sheets that I have been hoarding over the years. Congratulations on a spectacular program!" |

I use my PDA with PEPID MD daily in my clinical practice and the calculators within the drug references greatly ease my mind when treating my pediatric clients. Even though my collaborating physician has a PDA with PEPID, he comes to me to calculate dosages occasionally because I use it so much! There have not been many items that I have not been able to reference on PEPID...I feel lost if I ever leave my PDA at home!!!! It is almost like my security blanket that I can have it there to reference if I need it!! Thanks again for developing such an innovative and handy product-it truly has enhanced my patient care!!!" |

| "I was so impressed with PEPID DI I have been showing it to everyone I know in EMS. As a EMT-B, we need to know as soon as possible to give the ED a heads up. Its better than arriving with a bag of meds and a unresponsive patient. The Drug Interaction portion of the program is worth the fee on it's own. PEPID EMS was my first purchase. My satisfaction with it led me to try PEPID DI. I am VERY satisfied with both. Thank you for your products." |

I work in a busy ER with a lot of internal medicine complaints - lots of CHF, CRF, diabetes, anticoag.tx, COPD, etc. I have found PEPID to be very useful. The program is easy to navigate and laid out in a logical fashion. Thanks!" |

I work in a busy ER with a lot of internal medicine complaints - lots of CHF, CRF, diabetes, anticoag.tx, COPD, etc. I have found PEPID to be very useful. I have used Griffith's 5-minute ER consult before and found PEPID to be more inclusive and geared towards the information I want to know. I especially like the drug interaction section. Most of the patients I see are on at least 5 or more medicines so this has helped me a great deal. I also like the pediatric section. I do not see a lot of pediatric patients so the information I need to know doesn't quite come off the top of my head. The program is easy to navigate and laid out in a logical fashion. Thanks!" |

I like having it in my pocket on my PDA -- I work in a rural family practice and see lots of same-old, same-old, but it is like words that are so familiar you need to look them up again occasionally. | "[PEPID] represents a new breed of all-in-one medical reference packages. PEPID endeavors to go beyond the "suite" of compatible products to provide a single, all encompassing reference for clinicians. Drug data, disease information, lab references, clinical calculators, even nutrition information and complementary medicine are integrated into this software. It's surprisingly fast. The program loads quickly and there are almost no delays while running it. The navigation is intuitive and the screen uncluttered. I have used PEPID for over a month now, and I consult it frequently. It is easy to use, and impresses other clinicians. My final assessment is that PEPID is a very worthy investment... It appears the company is committed to enhancements and upgrades." |

| "I am very happy with PEPID. I find particularly pertinent and useful the section of Drugs and Conversion Equations. For me that is the best comparing with others Palm products I have." |

| "Yes, and I already am using it [version 4.0]! Love drug calcs for kids, and anion gap table! I go to PEPID first, for everything - now rarely use Epocrates or 5 minute clinical consult. I have a PA friend who was having problems with his certification exam - Couldn't find answers for many questions in his resource library when subtle facts were being solicited. Every question we pursued was in PEPID! Of course, he is now planning to purchase the product!" |

| "I use PEPID ED constantly in my capacity as a Physician Assistant in the emergency department. It is comprehensive, easy to navigate and current. And, it is truly portable. It is a handy quick reference. It has a lot of information in easily available format. Thank you for a very good product." |

| "Thank you so much for this incredible resource. I have purchased a lot of books but none are as easy to use when on the job. I supervise an emergency department in Switzerland. Last night at 3 in the morning my colleague telephoned me at home. A patient known for Wolf-Parkinson-White came to our department with stable but rapid Atrial Fibrillation of about 4 hours duration. He had Digoxin prepared and was going to inject it. Half asleep, I looked up PEPID, got the confirmation I was looking for in about 10 seconds and told him not to give digoxin. 300 mg of Amiodarone put the patient back into sinus rhythm." |

| "PEPID is excellent. Handy reference I use for quick guides. I would most recently recall its help in looking up doses for Factor 8 replacement in a Hemophila A case. It was great!! Since I see this once in a blue moon it made transitioning the dose and calculation superb!! As Associate Program Director in a residency training program it is handy for quick teaching. I depend on it more and more. I use it on average 5-10 times per shift as a resource and drug reference check." |

| "As one interested in PDA use in medicine, I have tried almost every PDA source available. I believe your product is the best for quickly reviewing topics and making clinical decisions in the field of Emergency Medicine, primarily due to the presentation of the content as well as the breadth of content." |

| "I am happy with PEPID. I can't identify how much time is saved, but I now can "research" at the bedside with my Palm rather than leave and return later. I do general medicine and emergency room work as well and like that I have one resource for both. Recently I used it to guide me through an ethylene glycol overdose. It had it all from initial stabilization to the very expensive antidote...I did it all through PEPID!" |

| "I find it to be a very exceptional product. I use the drug interaction guide daily, as well as several of the medical calculators. The user interface is very intuitive and each reference is very concise. I would have to say that the product saves me at least an hour each day in research, and the drug reference is a vital part of ensuring effective patient care. I was very impressed that PEPID once again proved to be an invaluable clinical tool. Much appreciation for a fantastic product." |

| "I opted to blow off ePocrates®, and renew PEPID. I have found, to my intense relief, that PEPID has info on a lot of drugs, so I don't miss ePocrates® that much, and I have some philosophical problems with ePocrates®'s business model, so I don't miss it that much. Anyway, I appreciate PEPID more the longer I use it. Nice work - no real problems." |

| "I like the product. I work in a very remote area in Northern Quebec about two weeks a month...the reason I bought it was as a tool to help in my practice. That way I don't have to travel with a ton of books... no fun on a plane." |

| "You've done a very good job with PEPID, it is just amazing for me to have such a good, clear, and right medical information in my hands. So please keep going with this, you help a lot of physicians all over the world. In fact I am 43 years old physician, general practicioner, having my private practice in my home town Guayaquil, Ecuador. But also I work on board a cruise ship around the Galapagos Islands, then is very useful my palm a M130, and of course your PEPID." |

| "I have used PEPID in the remote past and then, as now, found it to be concise and succinct; a handy reference for clinical use and general review. The Drug Companion/DI, Alternative Medicine and Medical Calculators sections are especially useful. PEPID is quicker and easier to use than UpToDate (PocketPC version). I appreciate the absence of the burdensome copy restriction imposed by UpToDate. I have extensive experience in Medical Informatics and find this to be one of the better decision support products. You should be rightfully proud of your fine product." |

| "I think PEPID is an incredibly excellent resource to those of us practicing ER medicine. I know it has been literally a lifesaver for me. It is hard to imagine what it would be like to practice without it. As I just turned 60, I will be changing gears from knife and gun ER practice to my private Urgency and Minor Emergency care center soon." |

| "Some of my colleagues tell me that your programs are the best. I am actually using them and I appreciate them. I am a general practitioner who works half the time as a family practitioner and the other half in palliative care in a tertiary cancer center, in Quebec City. I believe that we can be more accurate in our clinical work with this kind of program. Your program of drugs is clear." |

| "PEPID has become indispensable to me. I am the only doc in a 20 bed rural hospital with no consultants in house or even in town. I am continually amazed that I find references in PEPID that I couldn't find in standard texts. Great level of condensed information, just right for bedside checks. Excellent resource that you can be very proud of..." |
