I have a current subscription to PEPID, can I switch this to the iPhone platform?
No, all PEPID products available for the iPhone are the new Platinum version. Therefore, you will need to purchase a subscription to one of our Platinum products to use PEPID on your iPhone. For more information about what information is available in our Platinum products, visit our iPhone page.
What will happen to any current subscription time I have?
If you have a current subscription to one of our PEPID products and wish to update to the Platinum version, we will apply any subscription time from the old subscription to your new Platinum subscription. Contact our support department for more information.
Can I trial PEPID on the iPhone
Yes, just select the Product you wish to trial (via the Products section our of site) and then select the Free Trial link at the bottom of the product page.
Where can I find the IV Compatibility module?
The IV Compatibility module will be available in a future release.
Do I need an active internet connection on my device to use PEPID?
You will need an active internet connection to install PEPID on your device. When PEPID is installed, the content resides natively on the device. However, you will need an internet connection for:
