Can I transfer my active subscriptions to a new/different device?
Yes, you can transfer an active subscription to a new device at no additional cost; as long as the new platform does not contain additional information. Please send an email to support@pepid.com from the email address used with your Pepid account. Please also include the type of device to which you wish to transfer.
