PEPID promotes nursing and EMS products director to Vice President of Editorial

Evanston, IL, May 4, 2006 - PEPID LLC - the world's leading developer of portable medical information and support tools - announced today the promotion of Diane Muench, formerly Editorial Director of the firm's nursing and emergency medical services products, to Vice President of Editorial. In her new position, Ms. Muench assumes overall editorial responsibilities for all PEPID physician, nursing, and pharmacological product lines.

Ms. Muench, RN, ONC, earned an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and is certified in intravenous therapy and oncology. She also has over 20 years experience as a registered nurse specializing in high-tech infusion and oncology nursing. Diane brings extensive knowledge of the patient experience and management expertise to the PEPID leadership team.

She began her clinical nursing career at University of Illinois Hospital, as a staff nurse and nurse educator in the critical care/ER division. Diane served as vice president of clinical operations for an oncology website and helped develop a unique oncology disease management model. In addition, Ms. Muench also has 12-years' experience managing a home health care agency which she helped build into the largest freestanding homecare agency in Illinois.
