SKOKIE, IL, January 15, 2005 – Dr. Mark Rosenbloom, CEO and founder of PEPID LLC ─ the world’s leading developer of medical information and support tools ─ announced today the promotion of John Wagner, from Executive VP to President.

“It is a logical progression,” said Mark Rosenbloom, CEO and founder of PEPID. “John has been a great asset to the company, since he joined the team, and his vision for the future is exciting and far-reaching.”

Wagner joined the firm in 2001, bringing 25 years of success in the retail, media and publishing industries to PEPID’s business development, marketing and sales efforts. The author of two books, Mr. Wagner previously served as the CEO of American Retail Supply, VP of National Media Corporation, Senior VP of Vidcom Industries, and VP of Sales and Marketing at Times Mirror College Publishing. John has lectured on marketing and business topics to hundreds of successful clients.

At PEPID, he has forged solid relationships with leading companies and respected healthcare organizations, giving PEPID a stronger foundation and a broader network of resources. As President of PEPID, Wagner’s focus will shift from some of his operational responsibilities to the implementation of a strategy for international and domestic market expansion.
