PEPID Installation Instructions for Palm Users (in ZIP format)
STEP 1: PREPARATION
Make sure you have enough space to install PEPID (Click
here for PEPID file sizes). If you have a previous version
of PEPID loaded to your PDA, this version will be overwritten
during the installation (HotSync).
Make sure you have Palm Desktop installed on your computer and that you are able to successfully Hotsync your Palm. Please visit this FAQ for verification.
A memory card is not required to install PEPID, but we suggest you install the program to a memory card.

Click on the PEPID product you would like to install and SAVE
the ZIP file to your computer.
Double click on the saved ZIP file and extract its contents
to the desktop.
Once the files are extracted, double click on any of the PEPID
files to open the Install Tool or Quick Install window. Drag all of the PEPID files in to the window.
If you want to install PEPID to the internal
memory of your device, click DONE (or close the window). If you are installing the PEPID
product to your memory card, select Change Destination and move ALL files to the Expansion Card area and click OK, then click DONE (or close the window).
Soft reset your PDA.
Connect your PDA to your computer and perform a HotSync. The Hotsync operation will usually take between 5 and 20 minutes depending on transfer speed of your device.
Once synchronization is complete, tap the PEPID Install
icon ()
on your PDA to install the program.
If you installed the PEPID files to a memory card, you will need to switch to the Card category on your Palm to find the PEPID Install icon.
Use the PEPID icon to start PEPID ().
STEP 3: REGISTRATION
If you are doing a free trial of a PEPID Suite, registration is not required. If you have an active subscription to PEPID, registration is required. To register your PEPID Suite, please click here.
